Novak Djokovic - US Open Tennis 2022

 

According to this article, Novak Djokovic still doesn't know if he can play in the U.S. Open 2022.

Djokovic is the Grand Slam champion behind Rafael Nadal, however, due to travel restrictions maybe he will not play in the final Grand Slam of the year.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is expected to lift restrictions on unvaccinated travelers to the U.S. following the easing of internal restrictions.

The U.S. Open draw will take place on Thursday, August 25, and by then we should know if Novak Djokovic will play or not.

Djokovic said he will continue to prepare for the game until he is confirmed he will not be allowed into the United States.

"I'm preparing as if I'm allowed to play, waiting to see if there's room for me to come to the United States.
